Club Wear.

Mens- / Womenswear.

As Head of Fashion Design, Production and Studio Lead at NAKT Studio,

I developed the SKYN clubwear collection together with the fashion design and management teams and the NAKT Studio CEO.

The project included research, mood and concept development, collection planning, sketching and design, technical pack development, pattern construction and in-house sampling, fittings and garment development, production planning, communication and management of external seamstresses and sewing teams based in Berlin, quality control, material sourcing and management, BOM creation, contribution margin planning and pricing.

The final men’s and women’s designs were presented during a fashion show at Club OST Berlin, featuring a large outdoor catwalk and live music performances.

Selected Looks.

SKYN presents our interpretation of the fashion change in the club scene, which has changed a lot since the clubs reopened. The collection is a black version of 2000s trends and tough minimalist cuts. The collection inclueded a total of 28 garment designs for men and women.

Throughout the whole collection only black fabrics were used. The special feature and challenge was to make the looks individually stand out through different types of fabric sourfaces, fabric mix and additional metal trims and various finishings.

The collection unclueded also a few screen printed logo pieces.

SKYN Fashion Show (biggest fashion show to date of NAKT Studio) and an animalistic dance performance to electronic music created live at Club Ost Berlin.
