As Head of Fashion Design, Production and Studio Lead at NAKT Studio,
I developed an accessory capsule collection together with the fashion design and fashion management teams.
The collection was created in close collaboration with the NAKT Studio CEO and included research, concept and collection planning, accessory design, technical pack development, in-house sampling processes,
fittings, garment development, coordination of external seamstresses and sewing teams based in Berlin, material sourcing and BOM management, quality control, contribution margin plan and pricing.
Material were elastic and nylon ribbons combined with metal elements.
The collection.
The Accessory collection inclueded a total of 12 designs. I developed 2 choker, 5 body harnesses, 4 belts, one leg harness. Developed Inhouse and produced with my external seamstress team in Berlin.
The designs were all designed in one size but adjustable to be able to fit female as well as male bodies.
Another feature of the designs were the custom logo metal buckles which I develooed during my time at NAKT Studio.
The samples were develped Inhouse and production was done by my external seamstress team in Berlin.
